3 more days to “Hajimemashite”!

with 18 comments

I just collected my new camera for an upcoming advertisement today.
And I’m so thrilled about it that I cannot stop myself from raving about it!
There are some really cool ART” functions in the camera and the pictures from it are super cool.
But as of now, I’m afraid I can’t reveal what camera it is
because I wanna be irritating and keep you (the not-so-observant ones) guessing!!

I’m gonna bring it to Japan and capture my Tokyo moments on it!
Will do up awesome videos too if you guys want, so lemme know if you guys like videos! :p
Meanwhile, I wanna showcase the 6 different types of Art functions available in this almost-DSLR camera.

The functions are (clockwise from top left) – pinhole, grainy film, pale & light, pop art, soft focus, light tone.
The colours of these pictures are all totally unedited! Pretty aye? :D
(By the way, I think I look like a boy in these pictures! Any takers? Heh!!!)
I can’t wait to bring it to Tokyo.
And my favourite out of this 6 functions would be the Grainy Film one!
It makes everything look so artsy. Hahaha! :p

Hurhurhur! :D So bloody vain!

Tokyo Trip happening in just THREE DAYS!
Will blog when I am there in Tokyo, watch out. Tata for now! :D

P.S. Meanwhile, please don’t stop voting for me here!
I know I won’t be able to win at this rate, but at least don’t let me lose by too much! :p

  3. Hi babe, i just got back fm Tokyo a day ago, not sure if this note come too late to you. Anyway, just wana let u know tt the weather there can be a little chilly so bring a few sweaters. B4 i left, the forecast was 21-25degrees. boy was I cheated! It went down to 12degrees on one day!! Brrr..i went up Mt Fuji in shorts! can u imagine! Shitz. Also, there’s a “promo” going on for transportation. Upon arriving @ Narita, get the NEX & Suica card combo. Good deal. Suica card allows u to ride round tokyo. Good luck on not getting lost! n bring comfortable shoes coz there’s heaps of walking n heaps of stairs to climb in their subway stations! GOnna blog abt it soon. Nursing a sprained arm from all the shopping. Have fun!

  4. was catching up on reads and saw ur itinerary. I had a very bad ramen experience at Ike. It’s one of those where u order via a vending machine. THe ramen’s v v v oily. The layer of oil’s abt 1cm thick! Harajuku’s exceptionally busy on a Sunday. Wanna recommend u an awesome ramen place at Hara. It’s called Kyushu Jangara Ramen. U can goggle for the add. not hard to find as it’s along the roadside. I’m not a fan of fatty pork, but the fats i swear, melts in ur mouth. n the soup..oh man, can’t be described with words! The q can be a little long though, but fret not, it moves fast. There’s also another place at hara which serves awesome cutlets…it’s called Maison. Coupled with a beer, it’s a meal to die for! U shld set aside more time for shinjuku as it’s plagued w loads of shopping. Flags, my lord and 0101 r the more affordable ones in my opinion. n if u r into brands, Isetan’s a gd place to shop. Seibu’s pretty high end, somewhat like our paragon.

  12. depending on ur tolerance for the cold, i’d suggest more leggings and definitely a sweater. For the record I climbed mt fuji in shorts, fellow tourists must be thinking this Asian monkey’s out of her mind!Temps can dip to 14 to 15 degrees at nite. It’s more of the wind that u shld be worried otherwise it’s realli a nice cool experience compared to sg! i actually like it, but my fren could not take it. oh another thing, not sure if u know, don’t tip them, it’s an insult to them.
